At DeSoto Wellness, we put a significant focus on mental health. By doing so, we help our clients heal deeply rooted trauma that may be holding them back from living a healthy and fulfilling life. Our treatment approach includes evidence based therapeutic methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and individual intensive counseling (psychiatry). If medication is needed for treatment, we refer our clients to CARE Clinic.

Our levels of care include:

Partial hospitalization program (PHP)

Untreated mental health and substance use disorders raise issues within families and communities all across the country.

At DeSoto Wellness, clients work with a dedicated case manager. Our case managers help keep our client’s recovery process on track. They also serve as their client’s point of contact during treatment. Additionally, mental health case managers work with their patients to ensure their treatment program fits their needs.

Our managers develop strong relationships with their clients and understand their client’s strengths, personal needs, and triggers. This is essential in treatment as each person has a different background, experiences, and trauma. Therefore, we ensure that we offer catered treatment that best fits our client’s needs; and that starts with our case manager-client relationship.
